Description
Upon investigating a ruin in search of wealth and prowess, you and your band of companions fall victim to a faceless captor, left to awaken a few hours later sore and disoriented. The dim light of a nearby torch reveals a note, instilling fear amongst you and your companions as you come to realize you aren't alone.

You must gather your courage and begin to set forth for escape, using the found notes as your silent guide. Each companion must take on a role to aid in your ascent. Challenges, puzzles, and monsters await.

Don't become complacent - your watchers do not shy from death.

--

1.01: This mod currently has only one floor, and introduces basic mechanics and provides the first couple components to alchemy that will be necessary later on. Three secrets to be found. The levels will increase in difficulty as your party ascends.

1.02: Added a second floor; introduced teleportation. Two secrets to be found, a little more combat included.
1.02b: Added an end note to show the end of the second floor to avoid confusion.

1.03: Third floor added with more secrets and challenges. Final level that "trains" you for the puzzles and tests to come.

1.04: Fourth floor added. More combat, less straight-forward.

Note (Potential Spoilers): Pay special attention to wall text.

Well, if there is gonna be more, I'm certainly looking forward to it.

@a.elfwind - Maybe! I'll have to talk to who I collab with if he wants to contribute as well.

Will there be more?

@ Dr.Disaster - Aye, I think that's because there's only one marked as such. Many secrets exist, I just don't mark them all to have the little audio clip that plays as I feel it's a bit immersion breaking. The only one that uses it is the very first one.

FYI the statistics page states this mod has only 1 secret.

Ah okay :) good investment you made, then.

Oh I bought in on the flash sale so I have nothing to import. Thank you for providing an answer!

Frodo Sagbag: Of course. I'd recommend it, actually. It's designed for level one characters however, so if you import chars that are higher you may breeze through it a little too quickly. But yeah, feel free to make new characters however you like. Customization is available right before starting the level, just like in the base game.

This looks really interesting, I'll try it out! One question though: Can you still create your own characters and choose traits etc. ?
