Description
You know, the blue gel is causing some unexpected things sometimes ... but in the first part, it will help you in many cases.

Oh well, and the ball is also helpful - in different ways, as you will see.

Replayed after the update. The lightbridges are so much better than the flip panels :)

Uhh, of course! I´m wondering why I didn´t cosider that.. Maybe it´s because of the warm wheather.

here is where I jumped from.
the floor you need to remove & replace with glass or gratting. (last time, the other side of glass)

aha, cleansing gel (from the despenser)
though respawning the sphere has the same effect.
& the blue gel is still on the floor, under the sphere dropper, for easy retrieval of the respawned sphere.

I now now intended solution.
but can still do it by jumping from blue gel.
I use the portable wall tile, nearest the turrets.
get blue gel coming out & change to funel, to make it reach the correct area.
switch portals again, to drop it on the floor.
easy fix.
remove the floor & replace with glass or gratting, near the light bridge emitter.
light bridge instead of glass panels, is a welcome update.
now the sphere does not get accidentaly destroyed :)

I made some improvements and changes to fix the unintended ways and hopefully it eliminated the shortcuts. You should play it again if you like to see what you missed ;-)

I'm writing this from memory.
so might not be 100% accurate.
but should give you the idea
I did use blue gel to jump to other side.
& get the sphere.
you can re-aquire the blue gel from the 1st room.
you place a portal where ever on the map you want blue gel to come out of.
go & fire 2nd portal in 1st room.
go through 1st portal into 1st room.
then move it under blue gel.
now move it again & portal back. (carefully. so don't bounce into goo)

hope that explains it.
as I still don't know the intended solution.
so we could be talking at cross purposes ?

Thanks mood, I´m courios how you managed to solve the puzzle without those items...
I just played it and tried to replicate what you possibly did, but couldn´t.
Did you jump over to the other side with the blue gel?
And how did you get the sphere out of the cage without the blue gel?
1 cube and 1 sphere is right.

nice puzzle / good fun.
but know I did some unintended solutions ?
I never put sphere on wall button.
never activated panel opposite sphere wall button.
(did not notice what activated it. so found another way to proceed.)
never used non-portable angled panel, near last sphere button.
I presume 3 cubes ?
only used 2 (1 sphere & 1st cube)
glass panels kept destroying cubes. not your fault / it's a portal glitch
but I applied gel & then bounced across, with sphere & funel.

I'm glad I noticed the turrets deaths.
or their would be no hope for me :)
dispite exploits, had fun :)

I like most of the map. Except near the end...
There is a wierd sphere fizzing that occurs near the flip panels that are near the sphere socket. It can get annoying after a short while to get another sphere...

For good balancing purposes the exit portion of the puzzle can be improved to insure stability...
