Adds new spells, a weapon, and makes fury not hostile.

Spells:
Blinding Fury - For when you just want some people to go on a rampage and probably die
Dragon Launcher - When you kill a dragon and don't want to just leave the body laying there
Slow Time - slows time to 64% speed for 10 seconds(the shout is at 35%)
Stagger(WIP) - supposed to stagger you oppenents but doesn't want to work
Push(WIP) - supposed to push enemies back like when using the full fus ro dah

Weapon:
Magic Sword - Drainheart Sword without enchantment because they are none without until now
