This mod adds a house for the player a short walk from solitude at Katla's Farm. A House that seems segregated from the farm. You approach to check for ownership, but ofcourse, one does not simply walk into a house and own it. So you search the near by area, and soon find the deed in a very unexpected form.

The house ones inside give off the feeling of lonelyness, silence, and the mental anguish of its past owner, dont forget the mysterious basement. If you can get along with these unsettling feeling inside the house, its yours.
