Dismantle and Melt armours

Description
This mod allows for all basic (craftable) armours to be disasembled back into raw materials. It allows for Iron, Steel, Elven, Dwarven, Orcish, Steel Plate, Ebony and Daedric armours to be melted at the smelter, and for Hide, Leather, Scaled, Dragon Plate and Dragon Scale to be dismantled at the tanning rack. Please note you need the corresponding perk to melt each item.

I only subscribed this because I like it AND because I already have 100 BlackSmithing :) so it will not help me in skilling it... and thats fair.

Going to give it a try :P recent mod screwed up my game's misc inv so im starting over and smithing wasn't fun to level.. thanks for the mod o wo
