Circlet Helms - Dragonborn Addition

Circlet Helms for the Helmet Disinclined
3 items
I am no longer updating my mods on the Steam Workshop, and I am very unlikely to add new ones to the Workshop.
I recommend seeking them out on the Nexus, where I am more likely to fix bugs.

Original Circlet Helms mod NOT required!
You can find that here

Goes great with my Light Bonemold mod!

The first question people ask me is, ''JKalenad, do your Circlet Helms work with the matching set perks?''
And my answer is, ''Yes!''

The second question people ask it, 'JKalenad, do your Circlet Helms work with the matching set perks?''
And my answer is, ''No. But they do now!''

And then this one time Miraak asked, ''JKalenad, are you gonna finish that dragon soul?''
And I say, ''Um...yes?''
And then Miraak's like, ''Whoops, I ate it already. Thanks, buddy.''
And Miraak's like, ''LOL! :P''
Seriously. He said '' :P '' It's apparently pronounced ''Throat-Wobbler Mangrove.''

Stupid Miraak and his...stupidly cool mask. Too bad I ca'n't just kill him, take it and copy the enchantment onto a circlet so I can wear that and leave his mask on a mannequin in Severin Manor for all to see.

With this fancy mod you can do just that! With ALL of the Dragon Priests added with Dragonborn (escept Vahlok the Jailor. He's not cool enough to have a mask. I mean, I could've made an invisible one (I sure did by accident), but that would be silly. Too silly. Nested parentheses. Ooh, an egg!)

Not only that, but you can find and make circlets from these fine materials!
Nordic Carved!
Morag Tong!
I probably could have listed those last two better!

The mod makes good use of ingredients on Solstheim, too, so instead of using Honey, you use Ash Hopper Jelly! Yummy!

You can find the circlets in loot and vendor inventories. They appear most commonly in enchanted loot. They are located in the section of the smithing menu that corresponds to their helmet counterparts, and require the same perks.
The Morag Tong circlet is unique in that it requires a Morag Tong hood to forge.
You craft them with metal and gems and alchemy ingredients, because requiring leather strips for a circlet that clearly doesn't have them doesn't quite make sense.

Improved Bonemold Circlets included!
Goes great with my Light Bonemold Mod!

Circlet Helms! Now with 100% more Miraak!*

*do not operate heavy machinery within two seconds of using this mod. side effects include vomiting that green junk from Apocrypha, violent cramps and here in his shrine, that they have forgotten. Here do we toil, that we might remember. By night we reclaim, what by day was stolen....

Unfortunately I wo'n't be able to fix the issue as I'm no longer maintaining my mods on the Workshop.

In my game, the Stalhrim Light circlet does not have the same specs as the light helmet, the weight and cost are the same, but the armor rating is but half, and it does not add to the complete set perk. If this has been discussed previously, I apologize.
Have I done something wrong, or is this a real issue?

Nm, saw that in the screenshot.

You say it goes great with the light bonemold armor mod; does that mean this mod includes a light bonemold circlet?

no dragonborn...taken me 1.5 hours to sort the crash out. I removed this and other mods I installed.

All this does is add helmets. This may be a stupid question, but do you have Dragonborn installed? Crashes at start up usually happen when DLCs or other masters are missing.

this crashed my game i think...cannot even start the game...

You can if you have a mod that enables wearing circlets with hoods.

Quick question: Could I wear these circlets under any hood?
JKalenad  [author] Jul 11, 2013 @ 4:18pm
Well, with steel smithing you should be able to make Bonemold. It would be listed under Bonemold, unlike the vanilla circlets which are under jewelry.
