Better Dual Casting

Description
Corrects the dual casting input and output
[If you like this mod, please rate and fav!]

Before: Input cost: 280% and Output delivered: 220%
Now: Input cost: 300% and Output delivered: 350%

Dual casting spells was inefficient and not as fun as it should be.
This mod makes dual casting an advantage, and gives players more control.
It perfectly preserves game balance since it requires a larger magicka reserve.

On the note of confliction: do you know of the mod Syynx's Perky that changes pretty much every perk in the game? Are these mods too compatible with eachother?

I would have imagined the input being 200% and the output being 250-300%

As for my veiw on the mod... I think its pretty good. They have a few mods like this but they tend to go over board on the extra damage... I don't want to 1 shot everything, that'll be boring. This mod seems to balance it out more then the others. Another thing you could do is reduce the chance impact actually works. Some of the dual casting mods have something like that. Some people can get up to massive ammounts of Magicka and can just spam any spell they want cause of the Magicka regen/Magicka enchants. Anyway, great mod.
