Rounded Death Penalties (v.11)

This mod make you pay for dying. In the original game the death penalty is light and usually the player would resurrect in town with no real penalty except for a short walk.

In Place (now in all difficulties)
30% - Gold
30% - Exp

In Dungeon
20% - Gold
20% - Exp

Town
10% - Gold
10% - Exp

In order for this mod to work it may have to be at the top of the list. Here are some other mods that work well with this one:

lurker balance – Increases the difficulty with out destroying the original game.
kelintors merchant – Adds a way to bank gold so you can save it for later.

Fame is not lost here because I have experimented with it and it really does take a long time to make it up. It could take weeks to get back to where you were. If you are looking for a mod that does this then look for Harsher Death Penalties Mod.
