Dragon Priest! Crafting Recipes! Matching set bonuses! All in a circlet!

Now with 100% more Falmer and Vampires!
(If you have those DLC, that is. This mod doesn't require DLC)
Also Nexus[]

You there! Khajiit! Are you tired of the glass helmet looking like crap and removing your hair when you wear it? Are you tired of helmets crushing your ears? Argonian! Tired of having cut off your horns and feathers every time you put on a helmet? Bosmer! Dunmer! Altmer! Orsimer! Tired of your ears jutting out of what should be solid metal? Tired of your long, luxurious locks being covered up? Tired of going bald every time you put on a helmet?
LOOK NO FURTHER! I have the deal for you!

Behold, circlet helms! Imbued with the magic of the planes of Oblivion, these...what?

There's already an armored circlet mod?

Oh. I never knew.

Well...are there circlets for every armor type (leather, fur and hide not magical enough), and a custom, beautiful Daedric Circlet? A Dwarven Circlet? An Ebony Circlet? Clavicus Vile? Nightingale? Can you craft them!? Do they use alchemical ingredients that fortify armor types!?
Do they count as their respective armor AND give additional bonuses!?
Are there Dragon Priest Circlets that can be copied from the masks of Dragon Priests?

Listen to this rave review from a Whiterun Guard!
'Did you see that Circlet Helms mod? It's got Dragon Priest Circlets. Dragon. Priest. Circlets.....then I took an arrow to th--'
Yeah, thanks buddy.

If you have a head, you can benefit from these lovely pieces of jewelry!
They DO count toward armor bonuses! Did I mention that?

Circlet Helms can be found in levelled loot with their enchanted helmet counterparts! You can craft them, too! They appear under Jewelry and the materials that require a skill of 60 or above (Glass, for example) also require the Arcane Blacksmith Perk to craft. The idea behind them is that they are tied to the planes of Oblivion, and are essentially invisible bound helmets. They are listed under Jewelry for sake of eliminating clutter in the smithing menu.
Warlocks will have them more than other enemies, and you can also find them wherever normal circlets are sold...and found.
If you already have a Dragon Priest Mask and the Arcane Blacksmith perk, you can copy it and make a circlet from it with the same enchantment!

They do not replace the normal circlets or normal helmets, they are new, additional armor pieces.
Most of these circlets use the same textures as normal circlets, so any custom textures for circlets will work with these, too!
You craft them with metal and gems and alchemy ingredients, because requiring leather strips for a circlet that clearly doesn't have them doesn't quite make sense.

So this is basicly a retexture, awesome! (I hate helmets)

love the armor. i have that suit (ruby lightweight) and i wanted to know if the respective category of circlet will give you the complete set bonus.

It should be, as long as that mod modifies the helmets rather than the circlets. I know my mod is compatible with mods that allow you to wear hoods with circlets.
Loverofcatzz Aug 5 @ 2:59pm
it this mod and the one you have on nexus compatible with mods that let you wear helmets and circlets at the same time? or no?

Awesome! :D

ok thanks. i went ahead and decided to intall the nexus version since this one seems to be on hold. first vampire cave i went into i found a vampire circlet and one of the lore thingies apparantly shows that dispite the different mesh, even the aetherium crown uses my custom textures, which wasnt even advertized on said texture's page. so i think i'm safe.

Most of the circlets rely on the vanilla textures. I did my best to make the mod compatible with custom texture mods. The Bonemold, Dawnguard, Dwarven, and Daedric Circlets have custom textures, but none of the others do, as far as I can remember.

just in case you still listen to comments and questions over here in the workshop, i'm wondering about using custom textures with them since i already use textures for normal circlets and i wanna try this mod... if i get it which circlets could i expect to still have the vanilla texture? thanks in advance if you answer.

These are fantastic.
Get yours now!
4 out of 5 Falmer that I've dispatched of late are sporting these stylish, yet oh so functional, Helms.
But some of the less traditional members of the troop have raised questions. They would like to know if there are, or could be, Blades Circlets?
The hats the Forsworn normally wear are quite hideous, any hope of a circular replacement? She likes her ponytail.

Does steel circlet form a set with steel plate armor? Or else, we need a steel plate circlet!
