General Tullius Imperial Villa [No DLC; A Player Home]

General Tullius mentioned you in his Will, regardless of the outcome of the Civil War. You inherited his place in Skyrim, complete with all its Marble interior and exterior, suitable for anyone of Imperial blood.

This Player Home has the usual refinements expected of a man of his stature.
Atop a cliff side region is the Tower and its lower area, (General Tullius March).

- Navmeshed Interior.
- Bedroom with Library/Museum.
- Waterfall Bathroom.
- Store rooms (with Fence Vendor).
- Dining Hall and Kitchen.
- All utilties.
- Tepidarium (heated pool).
- Living room and Hall.
- Custom Textures (Marble, Hardwood floors).
- Marked chests (Respawn or No Respawn).
- Map Markers (2).
- Storage Containers are marked.
- Simple Layout.
- Mannequins, Player Bookshelves, Weapon Racks.
- Beds (3).
- Interior Lights (Firepits mostly).
- etc.

This design is based on Ancient Roman Imperial Villas.

i spawned in imperials in it to look like guards

I really like this, but, it is a bit dark, and it seems lacking. Like everything is too spaced out, not enough clutter, and it needs guards or something. As for the bedroom, the bed is pretty small and shoved into a corner..

yes. I created about 60 mods for Oblivion on the Nexus. (22+ kudo points too). :)

Marble is a kind of Stone. Very luxurious and expensive. Fitting for a retired Imperial or General from Cyrodiil. I like it. :)
