E'yeh Dihn Island

Description
Island paradise with house including all crafting, garden, bed, and storage. Working on weapon racks etc. Island also features a waterfall accessed mine. You must defeat the island Keeper to gain all of this. Take ship at the base of Winterhold College.

Hmmm.... Is the island an interior in disguise? I think that might be why there's floating grass everywhere when this mod's installed. :-\

Though, now when I enter any building there are grasses just floating at head level...
