Paladin Mod (WIP, previously called "Flaming Sword")

Feel free to comment about what you like/dislike about what I've done so far.

===================WHAT IS THIS========================
This is a mod that adds a flaming silver sword. The silver sword also has a custom texture.
It also adds a spell that heals you at the cost of stamina called "bless".
This is a WIP so if it seems incomplete, thats because it is. I mainly uploaded this mod so that I can keep my files in sync between computers.

===================HOW DO I USE THIS========================
To access the flaming sword, enter the follwing into the console:
help "paladin sword" 0 (Take note of the number it gives you)
player.additem <enter the number here> 1

If you can't type quotes ("), enter this into the console instead:
help paladin 0

The number you need is attached to the weapon

Also, type: help bless, take note of the ID of the spell called "bless" and enter player.addspell <the ID of bless> to get the spell that heals you at the cost of Stamina.

For those of you who aren't console savvy, I added the sword and a spell tome to Solitude. They can be located where the guy gets his head whacked off when you go there for the first time.

========================WHAT IS THIS GOING TO BE===========================
This is going to be a mod that adds a new questline to the game. Specifically when I'm finished you will be able to become a Paladin and pwn everyone with your righteousness.

The concept is based on the Paladins of the Quest for Glory Series, the greatest games ever.

Right now, I don't need any help as I'm still in the planning stage. Eventually, I would like to add: Voices, Music, new 3D Meshes, and new textures. I know for sure that I can't do the voices and music by myself. I may or may not be able to mesh and texture. I could probably also use a hand in creating dungeons, and crap like that.

If you are interested in helping me in the future with any of this, please send me a message.

This can be done either by leaving a comment here, or more preferably, by messaging me at the Skyrim forums here: Once you are a registered memeber, click the envelope at the top left of the screen. This will show a pop-up box, and you need to click "Compose New". From here, type "electrosheep" in the "Recipient's Name" field, and then select "electrosheep (Members)" in the pop-up box. From here type your message.

==============================CHANGE LOG==================================
I changed the color of the effect, as well as the appearance. Not quite sure if I like what I did, but meh. I realized that my Paladin spell doesn't work at all since I changed it from a concentration spell to fire and forget.

I just realized that when I switched over to my cracked Skyrim (for hex-editing purposes), typing "help paladin" didn't work because it expected the parameter at the end.

@macho mann you can type "help X" in the console (w/out quotes and x being a keyword) to find the item code.

Oh darnit.

There's no flame on the sword, using the console was confusing since usually stuff has it's ID in the description, but yeah, no flames.

I reckon you should make multiple versions. each with a different flane colour and different ability.

This should remain blue, or maybe become a more white light. It should not be used as fire, because fire is often a destructive force. From the look of it, and from what Paladins do, it's a very passive effect, more for defense.

I agree with 48th, I think normal and brighter orange flames would be very nice. I'm kind of thinking of the red priest from the Game of Thrones series, where the sword ignites when unsheathed.
