A way to check your ingame ping

Checking Your Ping
To check your ping you must first:
-Open your start menu
-Search "run" in the search bar
-Open the program called "run"
-Search "cmd" in the run menu
-Another menu will open called cmd
-Once that is open, type "ping" then a space
-Then your servers IP address
-Once you have all that typed in, hit enter
-You will ping that server
-Then your Minimum, Average, and Maximum ping to the server you pinged will be displayed
Server IP Addresses
Briggs: 69.174.220.23
Ceres: 195.33.132.167
Cobalt: 195.33.132.169
Miller: 69.174.194.166
Woodman: 195.33.132.169
Connery: 64.37.174.140
Mattherson: 199.108.194.38
Waterson: 199.108.194.41

What is good ping then? Is 107 Latency bad?

Why not just search "cmd"?
Or press WindowsButton+R for RUN then do "cmd"?

are the ip's still up to date? the ingame ping shows me different values than these ip's do
