Wolf Ridge Farm (Player House)

Description
Wolf Ridge Farm is ideally located on the outskirts of the Skaal Village on the shore of the lake opposite Thirsk Mead Hall. It is fully equipt with an outdoor market area, blacksmithing station, stables, a horse and chickens. Inside, there are plenty of opportunities to store and display your collection of weapons. The farm house consists of an entry area which leads into the kitchen eating area, then on to the bedroom and fountain area and then to the master bedroom. The spiral staircase in the entry area lead down to a small basement with a second private eating area and a weapon/temple room - which houses most of the weapon racks and plaques.

A welcome book can be found on the table in the eating area upon entering the Farm building.

UPDATE (10/01/2015)
Hi all, for those of you who have been requesting an option to move the spouse and children to the house can download the mod 'Custom Family Home' by VitchRazor. I have added the mod to my game and have relocated my family successfully. If you select to relocate your bard/housecarl/steward you can remove the static sleeping bag in the middle of the Skaal village and replace it with a bedroll with the console. Just move to where the bedroll was, look forward and type: player.placeatme 0003b3cd 1. Then, follow the step to use this bed for the housecarl etc.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

- Horse
- Blacksmithing Workstation (Workbench, anvil etc.)
- Market Stall Area

FOLLOWER FRIENDLY

NOTE: I originally intended this to be part of the Skaal Sanctuary & Stronghold Player House Mod but I then decided to make it an optional addition. This way, players can choose to use this mod on its own or in conjuction with the Skaal Sanctuary & Stronghold Player House.

EXTRA: This is my third mod, having previously made two other Player Houses:
> Soul Retreat (Player House) - Located in Dawnstar
> Skaal Sanctuary & Stronghold (Player House) - Located to the edge of the Skaal Village

Hi, love the farm. But um, with it being a farm, shouldn't it have some farm land to plant stuff on? I mean you have a little trade store but shouldn't you have the land to keep it stocked with? Please add a small area to plant stuff on.

maybe a cozy meduim skaal home in or on the edge of the village, and maybe add the ability to move a family over there and with exrta beds for either more then 2 kids or more then 1 follower.

@jcole3: The Basement: The three statues are purely decorative and are not supposed to function. The bow can be picked up as it is not a static item. The horse in the stable is a 'player horse' and acts like any other purchased horse in Skyrim, travelling with the player for convienience. If you do not want it to travel with you, simply ride any other horse in the game and then it will not follow you.

Have a few questions. In the basement, at the back there is a table with a sword, a bow and a staff. Then on the wall behind there are three areas with representations of the three weapons. One might think there's something to this, but nothing apparent, and the bow can't be moved. Also, once you ride the horse, he follows you everywhere. Is there a "stay" command or similar?
