The Art of Frost

This mod, as well as its counterparts is being officiallyannounced as redundant. I have released a new mod A Hypothetical Treachery which includes all of the features of the 'Art of' series as well as new features. You will be given the opportunity to chose one of the three elements to master, and be given much power. Check it out!:

A Hypothetical Treachery

Part of the Elemental Arts series.

This mod aims to make playing an cryomancer type character a little more viable and a little more rewarding.

Primarily this mod shortens the casting time of every frost-based destruciton spell.

-All the one-handed spells that previously had casting times of 0.5 seconds, now have casting times of 0.2 seconds.

-The two-handed spell that previously had a casting time of 3 seconds, now has a casting time of 1 second.

This is a small, but greatly noticed increase in speed for all frost spells.

This mod also alters the 'Augmented Frost' perks to be significantly more effective.

-Level 1 of this perk now multiplies the damage of frost spells and weapon enchantments by 1.5x instead of 1.25x.

-Level 3 of this perk now multiplies the damage of frost spells and weapon enchantments by 2x instead of 1.5x.

This greatly improves the effectiveness of your frost spells.

Lastly, this mod adds a few new spells aimed at the cryromage character.

*coming soon*

A fun way to add versatility to you cryomancer.

-Please do not comment on weather this is unbalanced. Balance is not a concern with this mod.

where do you translate it all from?

@froggyboglin Ah! Im actually glad you asked that :D

I put a bit of thought into my names, probably more thought than goes into the mod itself. And I have been know to make a mod because I have thought of a good name.A tradgety in black was one of those. I came up with the name and then made the mod to go with it XD

My perk tree mods (A Tragedy In Black. De Rerum Dirennis, A Hypothetical Treachery) are named after my favourite skill book for that particualar skill. All of those names are the names of skill books found in skyrim.

My 'weapons of the dragonborn' or 'Zun Se Faal Dovahkiin', are named after different dragon words. Qahnaarin means vanquisher in the dragon tounge. Zahkrii means sword and so on. 'Spaan Se Faal Dovahkiin' means 'Shield of the Dragonborn'.

That sounds pretty cool, but im not a model/texture maker. I dont have the skill or programs to make models and textures. Sorry man! :(

I bet you could ask some of the weapons and armour modders, they might be able to help you!

I dont suppose i could suggest a mod based around medieval-ality, with basic swords( some OP :) ) and old style knight armor, the only knight mods i can fin d have bucket helmets and knights templar crosses (I'm an assassin, inside joke of a sort)
