Description
Since I started playing Skyrim, I've been searching for armor for a female character that made sense, defensively and structurally, looked decent, and actually looked kind of feminine. I'm too tired of all the skimpy armor, battle bikinis (or even less!) that you'd freeze to death in, if you weren't stabbed in one of your many unprotected vital areas first. Hopefully, with this mod I have achieved that.

Edit: Well the harddrive I had most of the mod files on was inexplicably destroyed, so I don't know if there will be further updates, unfortunately. Thank you to all of my wonderful subscribers, I hope you enjoy this mod!

Introducing Freya's Raiment, a new armored battle dress to meet the needs of discerning female characters.
Freya is the Norse goddess of beauty, war and death, (well, among other things) so I found it only fitting to name the armor after her.

This mod adds a new, standalone armor to the game.
It's a set of female light armor, which can be crafted at any forge, under the Steel category.
Fully upgradable and enchantable, it requires steel and silver ingots to create.
(You may need the Arcane Smithing perk to upgrade this armor.)

You can also find it using the console commands for "Freya"
(First input "help freya" into the console, the item IDs should appear.
Next input "player.additem ####### 1" and substitute # for the ID numbers of each item.)

Stat-wise, the set is fairly close to the Dragon sets.

Original credit to A TYPE2, for his Oblivion mod which I've altered and fixed.
Major props to Petrovich and ortog, who have their UNP Jewelry and retexture free to use.
Thank you!

Edit:
For those interested, the mods I am using (and recommend!) here are:

''Hair packs of TES IV Oblivion for Female Only'' by Radioragae (Skyrim Nexus)
''UNP Jewelry Retextured'' by ortog (Skyrim Nexus; orignal by Petrovich, variants also available!)
''Better Females by Bella'' by BellaGail (Skyrim Nexus, but also available on the Workshop)
''YY Anim Replacer - Mystic Knight'' by yukl (Skyrim Nexus)

I love this armour, I have my character in this most of the time :) I'm a cosplayer and make all my own costumes, I am so tempted to make it I'd love to have a real version.

item id's didn't appear with the input you specified, is there a way to craft it?

I love this armor so much! Definitely the best choice amongst the countless battle bikinis

@renakit - I did indeed use a .bsa unpacker (after I had copied out the Workshop .bsa from my Steam folder), both one formatted for the original Skyrim and one updated to be compatible with Special Edition. In both cases, the armor fails to load into the game. By "fail" I mean that it won't import at all. None of the textures are loaded into the game files. It's as though the unpacked files aren't even recognizable to the game itself.
Any suggestions or other methods to try?

BanzaiRoundCat, did you use a bsa unpacker?, what about NIF Optimizer? There are several tutorials online for porting armor to SSE. The .bsa file must be unpacked and the mesh and texture files need to be put in the proper folders. Run Nif Optimizer on your meshes or the armor will look ragged.

Is this the Norse Mythology Freya? If so, I will find you. And I will cover your entire body with Elder Futhark Runes.
