Be Invisible

This simple mod provides you with three types of jewelry that makes you invisible once you wear it: a necklace, a circlet and a ring, whichever you prever. Once you wear one of these you will be invisible as long as you wear that piece of jewelry, no more, no less.

Wearing one of these items you will become invisible from the gamers point of view, but you will still be detected by NPCs if your sneak skills are still very low and you have not unlocked sneak perks, as they can hear you (feel you). You should therefore at least have a sneak skill requirement of 80 and all stealth perks and muffle movement perk unlocked. Best results however with skill req. 100 and all perks unlocked. The same goes for pickpocketing.

Screenshots show pickpocketing with pickpocketing skills and sneak skills at 100 and all perks unlocked for both sneak and pickpocket. So, if your skills are less and you have some perks to unlock, be careful ...

The jewelry can be found in a strongbox behind Breezehome in Whiterun.

I know there are quite a few other mods that provide invisibility! But, there is either the LOTR connection or there are other skills/perks concerned. I made this mod because I thought it made no sense sneaking around an NPC and not be seen, without being invisible.

Rev. 2: some minor changes (no armor rating, ownership and larger target window)

I'm already working on this. The ring, circlet and amulet use the invisibility magic effect. I am trying to make it an ability that is not turning off when you interact with something.

the invisibility ring i use now turns off when you interact with anything (accesing a inventory, picking a lock, attacking) so its a bit more difficult to use. just saying this incase anyone wants a more "balanced" version

The load order number is a number representing the sequence in which the Skyrim master file, update, DLC master files and mods are loaded by the game engine, and are numbered from 00 to FF (in hexadecimal numbers). 00 = Skyrim.esm, 01 = Update.esm, etc.

what is the load order number?
Altbert  [author] Jul 25, 2015 @ 2:35pm
In that case another mod might be interfering. Use the console (~ key) to get the jewelry IDs:

help "Amulet of Invisibility"
help "Circlet of Invisibility"
help "Ring of Invisibility"

IDs should be xx003330, xx003334 and xx0022F8 respectively, where xx is the load order number of the mod.

Use the console to add the jewelry to your inventory:

player.additem ID 1

Thank you :}

No, the jewelry can't be purchased. In this case you will need to use the console. Just type "help _amm_" (without the quotes) to find the ID's of the items and then type "player.additem <ID> 1" (again without the quotes).

I haven't been able to access the strong box as there is a stone coffin from another mod in the way. Is there a way to purchase them?
