Description
Believe it or not, this was the first game map I ever designed. It began life as a Portal 1 map concept a couple of years ago, but I never got to build it for P1, so I've adapted it for P2 instead, using Thermal Discouragement Beams instead of the original High-Energy Pellets.

Uses doors, warm light strips and triggers from #BEEMOD.

Change log, v1.1:
*converted walls in entrance area to remove portal-bumping 'solution'
*altered access route to 'hidden' button mid-way through the map after playtesters found original mechanic too obscure
*moved the button for the first cube dropper to make it clearer how they're connected
*jury's still out on the ending, so I've left it as was

Change log, v1.2:
*fixed an error where you could get trapped under the second tracking panel; a few other related alterations in the upstairs room
*gave in to popular opinion and redid the ending so you don't have to build stairs any more

Too straight forward for my taste, but nicely done.

I had no real difficulty solving the puzzles, but, overall, I found the map confusing and unrewarding. I didn't have a sense of progress as I moved from place to place doing whatever seemed like a good idea. No rating either way.
