Description
This is the third incarnation of this idea, but I have never published it before, but I thought other may like this.

Are you a collector?
-------------------------

If you are like me, then you collect everything as you go. Don’t ask me why I do it, I honestly have no idea, but I like to collect all of the unique items in the game as I go. Even if you have all of the vanilla houses, there is just not enough space for them all to be displayed.
This player house will change that.

The house does not come for free, you must buy it and buy each of the upgrades too. You receive a note delivered from a courier telling you that the place is for sale. When you get there, there is a Dwemer button that takes you through the building process (taking money at each turn).

What is in the Hall
-----------------------

24x Mannequin
8x Weapon Rack
25x Weapon Plaque
4x Sheild Plaque
4x Display Cases
4x Dagger Cases
8x Player House Chests
5x Tall Book cases
4x Other Book Cases *
* (see Pictures. I use these with bookshelves unlimted installed to display none book items such as insects in jars.)
All crafting stations inside except for smelter
All blacksmith stations outside including smelter
Farm area outside (with approx. 10000 Gold – I don’t know about you, but it annoyed the hell out of me that merchants only a couple of coins to rub together)
3 Merchants and Guards (see below)
A Fast transport Map (see below)
Fast travel/teleport ring (see below)

Staff/NPCs
--------------

Rigmad - He is your Steward, but he is much more. Healso acts as a Bard, a Common Merchant and a Master Speechcraft Trainer.

Heddvild Green Thumb - She is your resident Alchemist. Again she is an Apotecary merchant, but is also a Master Destruction Trainer.

Ilfhild Leather Hide - She is your resident Blacksmith, Merchant and Master Light Armor Trainer.

Once you have bought the farm area, a farm house is added outside which houses the following.

Margaret and her daughter Kristin who act as Farmers for you. The daughter is marriable.
4x Guards / Followers.
Emila (Wood Elf), she is also a Master Marksman trainer.
Haymish (Breton) he is also a Master Heavy Armor trainer.
Jemal (Redguard), he is Master Two Handed trainer.
Stephanie (Nord), she is a Master Block trainer.

Fast Travel Map
---------------------

Just inside of the entrance of your Hall, is a map, similar to the one in Farengar’s area in Dragons reach, but I have added buttons to each of the holds and towns of Skyrim. Click on the button and you will be teleported (fast travelled actually, so your follower will go with you) to the location you have chosen.

Teleport Ring
-----------------

Inside the Hall, you will find a teleport ring and a note explaining it. Essentially, this is a teleport home ring with the added benefit of it remembering where you were beforehand. This means that when you are part of the way through a dungeon, and need to head back home to dump your collectibles, you simply put on the ring and it teleports you to the Trophy Hall. When you take off the ring, you teleport back to where you came from.

This also uses clothing space 60 so it should not affect any ring you are actually wearing.

Known Issues
-----------------

When you buy most things, once it has been purchased, it no longer appears in the list of things that you can buy, but this does not happen with the staff, I still have not figured out why.

Future
--------

I was hoping to add a couple of mini missions that you have to do to win the affections of Kristin before you can marry her. This may or may not happen as yet :)

Required Masters:

Requires all official SLC - Dawnguard, Dragonbord and Hearthfires
Also requires Apachi Hairstyles

I have seen similar with the 10000 limit. If you buy a lot of things and his cash (or any of their cash levels) go up too high, then it will not reset back down and I have not figured out how to get it back.

I was not planning on doing anything new with the house sorry.

For the ring though, the script works as so:
When out of the house, when you put on the ring a script place holder is put where you are in the world and you are then teleported back to the house. When you remove the ring (must be in the house for this to work) you will be teleported to the place holder.

Hope that helps a bit

Ohh, I almost forgot, Rigmad seems to be bugd. He does have 10 000 gold, but once he has given me like 3 or 4 000 gold for my items, he wont give money anymore for the rest that I sell to him. I can sell everything else but his gold doesn't get less and mine doesn't get added.

A personal note, to bad I can not let my spouse and possible kids live in your home. After the marriage ceremonie when I am asked where my spouse should live I do get a few options, but not your home. Is there a posibillity that you will add this to your home?

Other then these little invonviniences I am still happy with this mod :)

After using this mod for half a year there are a few things I would like to mention here.

A Fast transport Map (see below)
This map has never worked for me. I can not activate it at all.

4x Other Book Cases *
* (see Pictures. I use these with bookshelves unlimted installed to display none book items such as insects in jars.)
I could never put objects into those book cases. I recentley downloaded the mod Unlimited Bookshelves and that mod doesn't work too.

The Teleport ring.
I like it alot since now I can also teleport to this home even when in the mids of a quest/ dungeon and even when inside buildings. However, I havn't figurd out yet how to teleport back. I did teleport through the spell, droped my collectables at home, and then put on the ring, but nothing happens.

Just visited the hall for the first time in a while, the day after killing Ulfric, and the interior had reset, wiping everything I had stored in there!

*correction.... right side of the door to the bedroom.
[LVP] Horseman4 May 17, 2013 @ 2:41am
I think I found a bug. The two weapon plaques that are located at the left side at the bedroom door against the wall won't work. I do get a dialog but my weapons (small and large) fall to the floor. I also have not been able to find the note for the ring.

At last I have Dawnguard as well and activated this mod. I must say it is a great house and yeah, I really like the fact that you have to buy every feature (main home, farming area, staff etc.) I am a BIG collector like cha05, and no, I don't need more stuff, I need more HOMES :P!! I already got 3 homes that are collector oriented and still not enough :D. Meanwhile I am building my own home in Creation Kit with atleast 70+ Mannequins, all crafting areas and a nice living quater as well. It might take prolly 6 months till ready since I am also planning to ad a simple quest and hidden areas. Meanwhile I will enjoy this mod with alot of joy :) Thanks for this well made home Spoon :)
