-------Lakeside Retreat-------
A simple and unique house added next to lake Illinalta. It uses a unique mesh so it's not something you would find in the vanilla game. Fit for the hunter or simply somebody who misses Oblivion a bit. It comes complete with with:

-Enchanting Table
-Alchemy Table
-Tanning Rack
-Cooking Spit

The blacksmith and the grindstone can be found in the cellar. The cooking spit is next to the stairs where the fire is. The rest are outside, which of the remaining are Tanning Rack, Alchemy Table, and Enchanting table.

You can place anything in the chests as they are not respawning, so don't worry.

------Lore Friendly?-------
I would consider it semi-lore friendly, but the architecture is not Nordic. I would like to imagine it was designed by an Imperial or Breton.

It also has one or two easter eggs, but I keep those secret and for you to discover.

Press the green button next to the picture. [It should say ''Subscribe'' if your language English.]
Open your Skyrim launcher and go to Data files.
Activate the file called LakesideRetreatPlayerHome.esp.
Launch Skyrim. Enjoy your mod.

Only the base game. Only Skyrim; no DLC's required.

None so far.

Stroti, for the house model.
Bethesda for creating the Creation Kit. Without it I would not have been able to create this modification.
And of course me, Hircus [formerly known as Crispyballz], for adding all the furniture to the house and 99% of all decorations in this mod.

[The armor the Orc is wearing is from a mod called Luddemans armory, which can be found at Skyrim Nexus.]

Yeah Man. Lake Honrich Sounds like a cool place to put a fishing house. with a dock, a small boat, and a small fishing pond with sone salmon! (Honrich is the lake next to Riften)

If it's a major hassle, don't worry about it. :) I haven't modded anything for Skyrim yet, so I'm not clear on what's simple and what's hair-tearingly frustrating. Either way, it's an awesome little house.

Silariel, I could, but I'm not sure if I could copy the exterior of the house (the outside, tanning rack etc) but I could try to get it over to the lake in the rift. I'll have to create a new outside though.

This is so sweet - it reminds me very much of Cheydinhal. Would you consider putting one in the Rift, closer to Cheydinhal? I'm not sure how difficult this would be, but I would absolutely love to see it there. Thank you very much for making this - it's a wonderful little home.

Amotorhead77, look at the last screenshot. It's next to Lake Illinalta (which is close to Falkreath)
