Description
REQUIRES DRAGONBORN

This mod is beary fun! :D

All jokes aside though, becoming a werebear is serious business. Its a very important decision for one to make, and now you can make it without giving up your lycanthropy!

WOT IT DOES:

This mod will add a seperate beast form to the game that is the werebear form. I say seperate in the sense that it DOES NOT REPLACE THE WEREWOLF BEAST FORM.

The werebear is virually identical to the werewolf in all aspects including its controls, how it is activated, how long it lasts etc. However, the bear is slightly bulkier than the wolf. It has slightly more attack power and health, but its movement and run acceleration is slightly slower. The totems of hircene will also affect the werebear's shout powers as well as the werewolf's.

And also! If you have dawnguard installed, you can use your lycanthropy perk tree whilst in bear form. The kills you make will advance your porgress in that tree and your perks will affect you bear form as well as your wolf form.

WHERE TO GET:

The bear form is added by reading a special version of the book 'The totems of Hircine' which is found at Snowclad Ruins of Solstheim (See pics for location).

IMPORTANT NOTE:

I would not recommend using this mod with a charcater that is already a werewolf before installing, it may cause bugs with both of your transfomations.

It is fine however if you install the mod and then later become a werewolf through the companions questline. Or if you remove your lycanthropy, install the mod and then become a werewolf again.

OTHER NOTES:

-Yes you can be both a vampire lord and a werebear.

-Does not conflict with any other DLC

-This mod shouldn't confluct much as everything in this mod is new content, however I cannont say for certian.

-It is always smart to make a copy of your saved games.

-If you have any questons or fins any issues or bugs please leave a comment.

I also have a LESSER POWER version of this mod :

This mod is dedicated to 'brendano1999' and '-{кщ}- Emiscary'.

Hmm, I would say that its the skeleton thats causing the problem. I dont know which ones it changes but its likely that it is the problem.

The only mod for Vampire Lords that I can think of that would directly affect transformations is Better Vampires. As for skeletons, I have the XP32 maximum skeleton.

Its unusual that this would cause the Vamp Lord to break since they dont directly interact. Do you have any mods for vamprie lords also?

Okay no worries, just 90% of peoples problems was because of that reason :)

So, do you have any mods that influence the werewolf power, the werewolf morph, the companions quests, or any skeletons?

"Did you guys read the note?"
The note only refers to people who are already werewolves. On the save in which both the werebear and vampire lord powers broke, I had never been a werewolf before.

No worries mate, i'll be fine, it was something added from a while ago when i actually cared about seeing both my weapons. I mostly play ranged now so my companions are the only ones who benefit, and they'll be just fine wihtout it :-D after i removed the FNIS, and the what other 3 mods, and cleaned the save, everything worked like a charm ;-)

No worries. Sorry about that! :/

If its any help, I use a mod called DSpSOB (Dual Sheaths plus Shield On Back). Its the mod that inspired Dual Sheath Redux. Its an older mod, but is does the same thing, has no requirements and works with this mod. Just in case you were interested, here is the link:
