Modern Mall - All in one shop blueprint

This blueprint contains all the shops you could need in one modern style building and includes a staff room as well. It also contains vegetation to make it look nicer as well.

No payware DLC required to use this blueprint

Positioning - due to the vegetation, the building will need to be lowered so that the brick walls are touching the ground.

Pathing - for the flat areas inside the building I'd advise using the grid feature. The ones outside are best using normal pathing (without grid). Between the floors requires two pieces of the paths with stairs to reach the second floor.

There is room for picnic tables as shown in the screenshots. Use the umbrellas and canopies to help with the positioning of these - the ones used in the screenshots are Picnic Table Circular.
