Bah, I should stop thinking and just press buttons. I did not see that one funnel emitter and therefore I made a problem out of nothing wondering how to get the sphere from there.

A lot of fun. Well done.

The flip panel in the room that drops the cube isn't really necessary based on where the fizzler is. You can just put blue gel on the floor, bounce and throw it through the lasers without using the tractor beam.

You might want to add a button to turn on the blue gel which would likewise flip the panels over up top so you couldn't use them to spread gel on the floor in that room.

The only thing I didn't like was not being able to back track take the cube out of the holder to stop the platform by the pingpong room and then just walk onto the last moving platform. I had to jump while they were both moving! Portal's not a platformer! :P

Good job otherwise though.

Great puzzle, I liked it a lot. No problems that I encountered.
