Description
NOT A PUZZLE MAP

In this map you can practice how far you can jump. You can set different length of jump - from 224 units to 288 units (sorry guys, who can jump over 288, I am probably going to make an update to 300+).

HOW TO USE: Push the thing with arrow so the left edge of arrow sign aligns with the length of gap you want to try.

Distance between 2 small blocks - 4 units
Distance between 2 grey blocks - 16 units

Sometimes this gets buggy and the platform is not 100% at the distance you set. Please use the beams to check if the platform is aligned.

I tried this - and after many years playing Portal - I don't get it. I saw no indication of "where " I am supposed to jump or how to measure my jump. Just some markings, a slider that you can walk into to push forward or backward - and a pit which is too broad to ever jump across. I am not inderstanding a single thing about this ? Can you explain more ?

@KranK Ah, thanks. It's because it just went back when I'm on the left and apparently my jump meter doesn't WORK even. I measured and it's actually APPROXIMENTALY 30-40 Hammer units. (I'm on the right to push and it goes forward)

Yeah 64. Yes I think it is...I also didnt really have problems setting the distance where I wanted. It can get stuck but you just back up and walk forward again. No big deal. Works a lot better then I thought it would actually.

The thing is buggy. When I push I only go about 35-40 units and it's reversed: When I'm on the left it goes back about 5 units, When I'm on the right, I go about 10 units.

@KranK Sure, by how much I should move it? 64 units? Also is the range of selection okay?

Very nice! Thanks a lot for making this for us! The only thing I would suggest if you update it is to move the point_teleport back a little bit.
