Description
Inspired by the last monthly competition over on the Polycount forums I decided to join this month. Rather then making a full set I decided to instead create a single item, this is that item.
I had a lot of fun making this item and I learned a few new things that should help me with future items and sets.

I apologize for not writing a fancy background story for the staff but that's just not my thing, I hope you will enjoy it anyway.
