Great map. The solution is not immediately obvious but with a little exploring it can be discerned. Love this series. Thanks. See ya round the workshop.

I did not recognize the grating as such and therefore solved it the first time using the jumping and shooting over the glass "cheat." 1920 x 1200 resolution with a card to back it up. When I looked at it-- or more importantly, from where-- the grating combined with the surface behind it to look like another non-portal surface.

There's a common theme throughout the "no elements" chambers, and thus the difficulty can't really get harder than medium (unless of course some crazy ninja/speedrunning skills are involved).

Lots of portal hovering in this one.

That's what I did, Loveless, the really determined way. I don't like it when you have to time portals like that because it's more about timing than puzzle, and your vision too :P . This was easier than most chambers. Can't believe I'm saying this but, Mevious, you could do better :(

Just so you know - that solution where you can jump and shoot a portal over the glass "fence" (near the top-right of the schematic) is NOT intended. For those who were wondering.

Just started playing Portal 2 again. So great to have a bunch of new Mevious maps to play. This was fantastic as always.

Basically you're using the fall to fly up and down through portals. You have to loop all the way round, which is a nice part of the puzzle. Once you've done that you can place a portal in the entrance room, go back to the fall, and you're pretty much done.

Maybe modify the corridor connecting the two main chambers; if you're really determined you can break the puzzle by glimpsing the floor in the entrance chamber and popping a portal on it whilst you're flying up and down.
