trust in me
what you need: a UAZ,buggy or dacia
how to make urself fast
uaz
shoot out the front right tire and each time you get in reverse one meter back before going forwards
your new top speed will be around 202kmph (takes time to get there )

Buggy
Shoot out the front two tires
your handling will be bad but once you are in a line you will be a road rocket
(254 kmph)

Dacia this one is a waste of time but shoot out back wheels and the front left one
you will be left with a piece of **** that cant steer and goes 10 kmph faster.
