Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela (G-K + BNW)

This mod adds the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to the game as a playable civilization. (G-K + BNW)
This mod does not contain 3D models. Updating this mod will most likely break save games.
And once again, give me some suggestions, especially when it concerns balance.

Leader: Simón Bolívar

UA: Favour of Nature. +2 Happiness for each Aqueduct, Garden and Hydro Plant. +2 Gold and+2 Production for each Oil resource.

UB: Palafito. Replaces the Water Mill, but is available at a later technology (Architecture). +1 Production for each river tile. Maintenance cost is twice as high as the Water Mill (4 gold instead of 2).

UU: Llanero. Replaces the Lancer. Effective in Open Terrain. Starts with the "Shock 1" promotion, but takes longer to produce than the Lancer.

Version information:

V2 - Palafito is now unaffected by the UA. Palafito still replaces the Water Mill, but is available at Architecture. UA no longer gives the Production bonus. UU is now just as strong as the Lancer.
V3 - Major art update! It's less repulsive now! :D
V4 - Now compatible with BNW. Flavors changed a bit.
