Cavestory runs in the middle of my dual monitor setup
On a dual monitor setup, cavestory just displays in the middle. Since it is not possible to make it run on your preferred monitor using in-game settings, I propose a workaround using window manager tricks. This type of workaround is also applicable to other games having trouble on dual screen setups.

On a KDE based desktop environment
On KDE you can use KWin to customize the window behavior.
This is my first screencast, so please bear with me ;)

On ubuntu
Somebody with ubuntu experience, please fill in ;)

this was really cool and useful. i don't currently have the same problem but it's nice to know how to use that feature in KDE should it ever come up. thanks!
