Fellheim Estate

--Dawnguard required--

Welcome to the Fellheim fortified estate. A medium/large (not so lore friendly) player home situated near Ivarstead. To get to the estate you have to head north and follow the river until you come across a bridge which leads to the estate. The gate can be opened with a pullbar which is on the wall to your left (right next to the pillar inside the entryway).

The house is equiped with all the workbenches you might need. But the most are hidden away in the secret cambers wich can be entered through the secret passage in the main house. If you have played Dawnguard you'll have no trouble in finding the entrance. However the basics for sharpening and improving can also be found in the gatehouse / baracks.
To acces some areas you need the Fellheim master key wich can be located on top of the counter in the kitchen (as seen on the screenshot). One of these area's is the escape tunnel which leads to the base of the mountains.

Here is a description of what you'll find.

- 1 maid
- 1 steward / merchant with plenty of gold.
- a dining / livingroom
- a kitchen
- a Master bedroom
- a cellar with a small armory and servant quarters.
- weaponracks and dummy's

Secret chambers.
- Everything needed for smithing.
- Alchemy station.
- Enchantment station.
- Plenty of displays and dummy's
- And a secret room within the secret chambers.

- 4 guards who patrol around the entrance (they are also avaible as followers)
- guard baracks / gatehouse
- a watchtower with a view
- a garden with alchemy ingredients.
- a couple of chickens.

Everything is fully navmeshed so you can bring in your own followers.
The chests are safe to store your items.

There are no other mods required but i recommend: Amazing Follower Tweaks.

And the spouse to custom house mod if you want your spouse to live here. It can be dowloaded from nexus.

This is my first (public) Mod and i hope you guys will enjoy it!
If you like the mod please rate and comment.

This mod conflicts with Shatterhorn castle because they are both practicly on the same location.

- Removed front gate description.

- remodeled the secret room within the secret chambers
(be sure to remove your items from that portion prior to updating)
- Added a vault in the secret room with a couple of display's and chests.
- remodeled the vampire casket room.

- Changed some reset settings to off.

- Fixed a navmesh issue
- Fixed an encounter zone issue

The Dawnguard Free version is online.

This is a lovely player home mod. I recently lost all my Skyrim save data and have had to start from scratch, so finding new mods to use has been a fun experience. I'm glad I decided to try yours, and I'm looking forward to checking out Sutvaka once I get the key.

A very sweet home. Its just the right size. It gives you the feel of a larger home with some complexity but is convenient like a small home. Very nice

I've added this to a collection, I thought you mioght like to know (as it's a compliment) as i know you don't get notifications on this. Thanks for the great mod ;)

@LordValgor. Thats one of the reasons. The other is that iff you add a quest after the release of a mod, its possible that the quest will never work at all or render a mod broken.

Lol ya, questing is pretty hard in Skyrim, especially due to the whole "Save Game Bloat" issues.

@LordValgor. Sutvaka is a direct consequence of the errors i made with Fellheim. Unfortunaly i don't see a bandit raid happening very soon because that requires questing and i suck at that.

Woo! thanks!

I tried it, and I like it, but I think I like Sutvaka better. Just personal tastes :P

Though if you are still interested in suggestions for this one I had a few things come to mind.

I am still hoping for a bandit raid mod for Sutvaka though XD

@LordValgor. Steam won't let you download? Is the Workshop acting up again? Not the first time its giving me headaches. One of these day's (probably sunday) im going to put Fellheim up on Nexus. Have to gather up all the data first.

Tis a shame that this is not on the nexus... I say this because Steam won't let me download it right now :(

Looks great though and I can't wait to try it out!
