Description
From the developer of WATER, Better Dynamic Snow and a bunch of other mods comes a new mossy mod for rocks! Let's rock with Moss Rocks, a mod that basically places moss on certain rocks.

Key Features:
• Moss enabled for certain rocks
• Moss is not found in snowy environments; moss only appears in Falkreath Hold, the Rift, etc.
• Compatible with any mod that doesn't modify the meshes for certain rocks (basically Moss Rocks is compatible with everything)
• Little to no performance loss

Current Version (1.31) Changes:
- Improved moss layout and decreased spread to look more natural.
- Moss now looks slightly more more brown in hue.
- Default texture size is now 2k. 4k is still available.
- Compressed normal map and made it more generic to combat eye-catching areas.
- Coated some more rock types in moss.
- Mountain rocks now included. Mountain moss has a slightly greener tint.
- Fixed a texture path error on some rocks that didn't make them show moss.
- Reduced brightness and increased detail slightly on moss.
- Increased moss densities ever so slightly.
- Included USKP mesh fixes for the rocks.
- Added missing normal map texture back.

Troubleshooting & Help:
I cannot offer help on the Steam Workshop. You'll have to get support from the Skyrim Nexus which is linked below.

In the northern hemisphere moss tends to grow on the north side of trees...this is a fact. Of course it CAN grow anywhere there is moisture but its more likely to grow where it gets the least sun (to the North).

@Dr. Baconbits, no, moss grows anywhere with enough moisture. The "moss grows only on the north side" is a myth. Check your facts.

I never knew, that a rock could look so beautiful.

Some rocks look weird with it. They have little splotches all over them but the rock right next to them don't have any moss, which looks really bad, like someone just cut off the moss.
