==NEW VERSION==
This is my first mod, so be kind. ;)
It adds player houses in every village.

There´ll be a house in:
Riverwood: next to the lumbermill (key on a barrel close to the table Gerdur leans on)
Rorikstead: between Rorik´s House and the tavern (key on a barrel next to the door)
Karthwasten: in the middle of the village
Falkreath: behind the Jarl´s Longhouse (key on the bench next to the door)
Ivarstead: next to Vilemyrs Inn (key on the bench next to the door)
Shors Stone: on the road to Riften (key on the bench next to the door)
Dragon Bridge: the lumber camp is now player owned (key on the table next to the door)
Dawnstar: Behind the Merchant (Key on the stairs)
Morthal: in the middle of Morthal (key on the table next to the door)
Winterhold: Next to the inn (Key on the workbench)

Archmage tower:
If you completed the Winterhold Academy questline and became the new Archmage, you´re allowed to "teleport" yourself from the roof of your tower to every Jarl. So you´re able to inform them about anything important very fast. Just like a real Archmage. If you completed the main quest you´re also allowed to "return" to Sovngarde. ;)

The chests are all safe but the barrels aren´t!
All of the houses are fully NavMeshed and lore-friendly.
THEY ARE NO WAREHOUSES, SO THERE ARE NO MANNEQUINS OR WEAPON RACKS!!!
The houses are as simple as the houses of the NPC´s are, so don´t expect too much.

None, so far.

--COMPATIBILITY--

May not work with mods who change the landscape in Falkreath, Dragon Bridge, Dawnstar, Riverwood, Karthwasten, Ivarstead, Shors Stone, Morthal and Rorikstead.

Windhelm has a house. Winterhold does not.

Windhelm has one in the vanilla game called Hjerim. You can buy it from the steward after you've finished blood on the ice. ;)

I think this was a great mod to make for beginners and anyone starting new characters or just anyone wanting a house in every village. Great job. Your language is fine. Also, I think not having manniquins or weapon racks was a good idea (more room and the manniquins don't move around and get in the way) Gave you a thumbs up and Thank You so much for making this mod!! :)

I bet the barrels are unsafe so you get resupplide once and a while. Besides the items in them Respawn.

Neat mod! Perfect for my bare subsistance characer experiment. But why would you make the barrels unsafe?
