ns2_nsl_veil - Mod ID: 78ac3ed





















This is a special branch of ns2_veil with the following changes from the official one:





















- Reduced light count for better performance (1867 in the original, down to 410 in this version)










- Removed all ambient sounds and particle effects










- Removed holograms in Nanogrid and System Waypointing

@ritual I think that's a good thing imho, aliens early on should be relatively safe in some vents til mid-late game with marines can pull out the JPs.

After playing this map a lot over the past few days, I feel that the marines need a way into that vent. Unless we're gonna be able to weld it shut.. but the way it is right now you can skulk in there and go back and forth between skylights and overlook without being in much danager at all.
