Open your Steam browser and look in the to-left corner for a tab named View. Click on it, and find the Tools menu on the resulting list. From there, find Portal 2 Authoring Tools and download that.

I did indeed use Hammer. There's really only two level-making tools for this game; the PeTI editor and Hammer.

The room where you can see yourself and he copys you,its simply AMAZING! Did you do this on Hammer?
