It seems like GlaDos has gone even more insane by building an unsolvable test chamber and making Atlas and P body fight to death forever.
The rules are simple: place a portal next to the water at the beginning of the chamber and try to shoot a portal at the floor where your buddy is standing, the first to kill the other 5 times wins.
