This is my first house addon in SKYRIM Creation Kit.
Primarily I've create this home for my Dovakin, but decided to post here.
I used to work in a Construction Set & G.E.C.K... some knowledge remain.
If you'll find some bugs or lags with my addon - post in comment.

Locations:
►1. Exterior house (you'll find map marker on south of Skyrim)
►2. First floor (Bedroom, hall and kitchen)
►3. Second floor (Dwarven basement with forge, blacksmith, armory, library & more)
►4. Observatory (This is a bonus area, with teleportation to SkyView, just for fun)

Other:
►Many of Book Shelves
►Many of Containers
►Display Cases
►Wall Mount Slots
►Weapon Rack Slots
►Mannequins
►All Crafting Tools

Bonus - a bee's respawn in hall (some times)

All chests and crates without respawn.
I play and live in this house. So be sure, all tested more than once.

I added a two-handed katana and enchanted bow (not requiring a charge, just for myself)
If you do these things seem cheated, just remove them away or sell it =)

Initially, the main doors are locked.
Read the note at the gate. After you will understand where to find the key.

I did not do a quest because decided not clog already overloaded questlog in game.
also, much more interesting search without a marker.
