Its more likely that that you got some conflicting mods and instead of trying to find out what it was, you decide to come here to call my mod trash.

Mods that are manually insalled to the addon folder will have higher priority if they've been installed more recently.
But workshop addons are always checked for updates on game launch and that action alone is enough to shuffle the load order.
Every time you reboot the game it reshuffles the load order.
