Description
HyperMetal's AK-47 animations ( http://css.gamebanana.com/skins/113793 ) have been ported to L4D2 by arby26. The model and textures are from Twinke and Millenia's ultra-definition release ( http://ins.gamebanana.com/skins/48832 ), straight from the source instead of the endless hacks and recompiles. Includes custom reload sounds. I happen to like the default gunfire. :P

Credits:
HyperMetal - original animations
arby26 - animation re-rigging, additional animations, flashlight
Doktor haus - compiling
Twinke Masta - model
Millenia - textures
FxDarkLoki - model tweaks, smoothing
Powerskull - "various ♥♥♥♥ edits"
Music: Massive Attack - "Teardrop"; Corrosion of Conformity - "Man or Ash"

I don't know if you still read this, but I wanted to say how much I love this mod. It was one of the first I ever installed for this game, and as far as I am concerned it is THE AK 47. The only times I don't use this mod is when I replace the gun with something completely different, but there is no old fashioned, steel and wood AK 47 that has the combination of the nice model, great sounds and lovely animation this gun has. Simply wonderful.

No need for a 30 second intro.
