Description
Hi,

This mod provides 3 skillpoints per level and half the experience is requiredto level up.
It works for either agents, generals, armies and navies.

The last level gives 5 skillpoints for agents and generals to complete the tree and avoid left over skillpoints.

AI will be affected by this mod
Save game Compatible
Empire Divided Compatible

This mod is working fine guys, I use it and it is fully functional. If it doesn't work, it must be some incompatibility.

This mod is giving my generals, admirals, navies and armies only one skillpoint per level. I don't think this mod is living up to it's name.

The issue that pops up is under the force details for navies and not under the generals details for the navy. The force details only has two slots for the Caledonii faction. And I can't double one of the skills until I level up the navy.

I tried myself with navies and have 30 skillpoints at level 10, no more, no less (tried with Roman).
