Oh i found the problem, the vpk's folders aren't right, insted of root/music/pzattack it should be root/sound/music/pzattack
I tested a modified vpk and it worked perfectly ;D

@jose347704 I have been working on the situation. I am having trouble with getting to ingrate with workshop so it works for everyone. And on that note don't mouth off shit like learn to make your mods work. I have a life like everyone else and I don't like to spent 24/7 working on something that only a few people appreciate anyway. I am working on it. Thats all that needs to be said.
