Description
This mod increases the unit upkeep on the campaign by 100% for each difficulty, human and AI, for each naval and land unit (including units added in other mods).

works,but not well i still have -3700 profit and the upkeep is 10k

No it doesn't work this way. One will overwrite the other.

If I add two mods of upkeep, the 100% and 50% increased upkeep, does it make it 150% upkeep?

For some reason It doesnt seem to be working for me? Any ideas? Using new launcher, moved it to top for load order.

Thanks for the mod, I was afraid the upkeep increase for Radious from years back was gone for good.

Update done. No modification was made but now the mod shoud not be "outdated" on the launcher.
