Description
The latest version of this mod is now here[www.nexusmods.com] on Nexus. This remains as a completely functional legacy version.

I had two main issues with the vanilla tree:
1. Experimenter was neccessary to progress on the potion path, it was too high in the tree and too costly to consider
2. You were discouraged to leave the base perk and specialize.

Note: It was important to me to leave the vanilla balance intact thus I left the maximum potion strength unchanged only the distribution was altered but the progression curve is still very similar only slightly slower in the very beginning.

To encourage specialization and investment in the tree I decreased Alchemist and reduced it to 3 ranks and added a 2. rank to Poisoner and Benefactor with a slightly increased 30% bonus per rank. Physician was moved to the right to be optional for poison players.
Experimenter now only has two ranks and only needs Alchemist, the first rank gives you a chance to discover 2-3 ingredient effects.
Green Thumb now gives a chance to harvest an additional ingredient instead of always giving you two, it has a lower requirement accordingly (50) and can be reached by both paths.
Purity is only an ok effect I added 20% potion strength to it to make it more desireable and lowered the requirement to 90.

Compatibility: Only changes the Alchemy tree and its perks consequentially compatible with most Potion and Food Overhauls. Every spent perk will transfer over to the new tree and back if uninstalled.

Complementary Mods:
Speech Redesigned: I did the same thing for the speech tree.

Ok, fiddled around some more with the mod loader, now all the "Redesigned" Mods work. Some certain mod was interfering with all of them, can't say for sure. Unfortunately BOSS modloader marks "Redesigned" mods as unrecognised.

From what i see, the Perks are working, but the "Paths" do not. The "Constellation" looks like vanilla.

Strange, the mod stopped working for me. I tried everything, enabling, disabling, changing load order.

ah good remake then i can finally focus too on potions since even i was a 2h dude or girl ingame... i never made use of poisons and such but now it makes it more interesting. ty

Looks like a great idea, it always bothered me about Experimenter being so far up perk tree, there didn't seem much point to it, I'm glad I'm not the only one!
