Sick of that pathetic excuse of a summon you call a familiar?

Introducing the Godly Familiars mod. Cast that spell and unleash the dogs of war!

Summon your ethereal companions and watch them kill everything in your path! Take a quiet stroll through falmer infested caves whilst under the heavy protection of your guard-dogs. Attack an NPC in any city. take a seat and watch it become a ghost town.


A very simple mod, it make familiars amazingly overpowered.

-It sets their level to 200, giving them around 1000 health.

-It also makes their attacks deal massive damage, 100 times what their original damage was. This is more than enough to one-shot many enemies, including mammoths.


My first Skyrim mod. Feedback would be appreciated!

This mod is definately not intended to be balanced. This was brought about because I love how the familiars look and was very dissapointed when I realised how pathetically weak they are.

This mod will likely not affect all familiars in the game, just player summoned ones.

The magicka cost to summon and thier lifespan remian the same.

This mod will conflict with others that alter the familiar spell tome. Load this mod last to prevent this.

There should be no bugs, but if you do find any bugs or have any suggestions please leave a comment!

PLEASE NOTE: This is a very early version of this mod, intend to refine and develop it. This is more of an experiment to gain expirience in creating and maintaining my own mod. Please take that into account.

Possible Future Updates:

-A revamp of the flaming familiar.

-A more balanced version (if requested)

-Changes to summoning times and costs (if requested)

Does this change the summon familiar spell? Or does it merely add a standalone tome?

I think this is somethng i would gladly use but i dont want the familiar to be too op. If you can make the familiar around same level as dremora lord or something.
Also you should make a own spell for this since its novice and early game spell.

Yeah I think I could manage that :) Ill add it to my list. Im a bit busy at the moment with uni but I should be able to find some time to do it

I know that it transforms these things so far (the wabbajack mostly attacks for me), sweetroll, mudcrab, pile of ashes surrounded by gold. I'm alright as long as you make the sweetrol one. But I hate it how the wabbajack never does what I want it. Think you could do that?

No. Could you make a set of wabbajacks, but each of them SPECIFICALLY transform the target into a specific item?
