Description
Summon Bears allow you to summon 3 Bears + 3 Dovahbears (Brown + Black + Snow) + 3 Armored Dovahbears (Brown + Black + Snow) + 4 Pandas (panda, armored panda, armored dovahpanda, dovahpanda) + 1 Snow armored bear + 1 Spectral bear, Mounts and -simple- Followers wherever you want.

You can find the 10 -complete- (with speech) Followers in the Windhelm Stable ( a Brown + 3 Dovahbears, Brown, Black and Snow + 2 Pandas) and in Windhelm, near the gate (3 Armored Dovahbears + 1 Armored DovahPanda)

No DLC required !

To have the SUMMONABLE mounts , you must buy the “Spell tome: Summon XXXX”, at Farengar Secret-Fire in Dragonsreach (Whiterun) or with an other "Spell Vendor" (ex: Sybille Stentor in the Blue Palace in Solitude)

You can easily DISMISS when you want with a "Spell tome:Dismiss Summoned Bear"


*******************************INSTALLATION (very important)**********************************

1) You must place the new .esp at the bottom of the list in the Data Files when you launch the game to obtain the 16 books...(Normally, this is done automatically)

2) If (and only if !) you have subscribed to several mods Summon... You must install these mods ONE BY ONE to obtain the books! (ALL my mods are STANDALONE !)

You can find the “Spell tome: Summon XXXX”, the “Spell tome: Summon Spectral Bear” and the "Spell tome:Dismiss Summoned Bear", at Farengar Secret-Fire in Dragonsreach/Fort Dragon (Whitherun/Blancherive) or with an other Spell Vendor (ex: Sybille Stentor in the Blue Palace/Palais Bleu in Solitude).

Duration of the summon: 1 hour (15' for the Spectral Bear)

3) You can put in your Skyrim.ini (\ user \ my documents \ my games \ Skyrim \) the following settings (you can copy / paste the following):

[Camera]

fVanityModeMaxDist=2000.0000
fVanityModeMinDist=10.0000
fMouseWheelZoomMinDelta=0.0050
fMouseWheelZoomSpeed=0.8000
fMouseWheelZoomIncrement=0.01
fMinCurrentZoom=0.001


These settings allow you to see all mounts (of my mods) correctly, whether your character takes his weapon out or not



*************************************Bugs or Problems********************************************

1) You can only have one Follower at a time: if you want a different one (in my other mods), you need to dismiss the first one before you recruit them.

If telling the follower to return at home (With message: “Your companion heads home”) doesn't dismiss him, or if you have lost the active Follower, you can try this:

Type “²” key to get into console, and type:

set playeranimalcount to 0


2) If you have any problem with these mounts, you can try a FAST TRAVEL...



This mod is not compatible (CTD) with Armored SabreCat Mount by tumbajamba (only to buy the books/spells -and in MY configuration- ! )

He is compatible with my other mods !...

7) (Necessarily) in CELL VIEW place your new actor ( Choose “tamriel” in "world space" and 5 -5 to go to the pelagia farm for example !)

5) (Necessarily) choose the ACTOR (NPC) … and duplicate…. attribute a new name and select your new (ride) race in “Traits”…..in “Stats” change the “speed”….. in “keyword”:put “actor type horse” in “faction” put “playerfaction”…in “Al Data” put unaggressive, cautious, helps nobody,neutral,no crime….In “Al packages”, “All packages list”, right click: “new”, in “package Template” choose “stayatcurrentlocation” or “FollowPlayer”, OK ….dont forget in the left main page of Actor: “essential” …..(don’t forget to save your .esp)

6) (if necessary) if you have bugs with the swim animation –for example-) “Gameplay”, “Animations”, in “idle animation” : “Actors\Deer (for example)… “ActionSwimStatechange”:”DeerSwimRoot”….in “conditions”: right click…”new”…..”invalid”: choose your ride NPC…..value: put 0…..ok

3) (if necessary) In items /ARMOR, in “editor ID”, right click on a ”skin…?...” (in relation with your creature and his “race” in skyrim!), “duplicate” …. Double click…in the (windows) “Models”… replace with your armor addon (right click/new etc)….put a new ID name ..OK….(don’t forget to save your .esp)

4) (Necessarily) In Character/Race, Choose the RACE … and duplicate…attribute a new name for the ID…don’t forget the “armor race” with the name of the race (not the ride race !) and the link to the modificated skeleton(In “body data” “skeleton” with “edit” you can choose the skeleton in meshes/actor etc)… (don’t forget to save your .esp)
For example in my mod “monster mounts”…
For the modificated dog skeleton: \Steam\SteamApps\common\skyrim\Data\Meshes\actors\canine\character assets dog\ skeleton2.nif
