I just started using this mod and for some weird reason, it will not allow me to build the Manhattan project. I have the resources and tech but can't build it, it is grayed out. Other civs are building, and using it.

btw. I have no other mod installed except adittional civs.

The events seem to pop up twice every time, maybe it's conflicting with other mod?

I'm crashing quite a bit using these mods..

Yea, Austria's benefit has always been terrible. It doesn't even make sense either. Austria benefited from and preserved the diversity of the Holy Roman Empire. The smaller states were beholden to Austria preserving their independence from larger ones. When Napoleon disbanded the HRE and established Westphalia there were 1k+ principalities.

I like this, some changes are really nice. Only, some civs still have useless perks( Austria, can still buy city-state if you ally with them for 5 turns. Like. That's so incredibly situational. And you have more benefit from getting the delegates in the World Congress ). And others, have OP perks. ( Sejong, Korea. 2 sience for EACH farm. EACH. OP much? ). The new policy system by not having to unlock certain policies to get the next one is nice, but also kind of not. You can get all the OP policies from a tree and then don't give a damn.

Truth10k, Communitas doesn't like to cooperate with alot of mods. IGE is an example of this( sadly ), so that's what happens. Start up a game with only Communitas AI and Tools( the other Communitas mods can be added aswell ) and see if it still happens. A restart might do the trick, but if the problem reaches beyond that I cannot help you
