Welcome Home All!

The house is located just south of Riverwood outside the south gate. In a new game, If you come straight out of Helgen, hit the stones, and follow the road in to Riverwood you will pass right by it. FOR SPOUSES...to make the home compatible for spouses, please download the following app from Skyrim Nexus. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/11370/?
Another similar app might work, but this is what I use and have never had an issue.
(if you are playing a lot of Skyrim and are not using the Nexus Mod Manager, now may be a good time to look into it :))

**UPDATE as of 11/8/14**
I have just updated the house, sort of by accident, and I apologize to any who I may have inadvertantly messed up your game(s)...BIG TIME SORRY!
There are major changes to the interior as well as the exterior, and many "cheat" items have been removed or reduced, while some other benefits have been added...but nothing too extreme. The home is friendly to all DLC's, however, it is not family friendly for adoptions.

Hope you will find all the amenities to your liking. This is my advanced player home, and therfore contains all of the necessary items I usually employ to develop my toons. Part of my aim was to quit having to "tilda, player.additem 0005ace5 200" all the time. I am completely bored with chopping wood, picking snowberries, and smelting ingots...not to mention wasting endless hours filling soul gems.

So one could consider this home a total cheat to the game, or a valuable time saving tool to the players who like to develop character types. For instance, all the items in the safe are intended to be disenchanted vs. utilized in early game play, and "Most Potent Potions" provides only what I consider the most useful recipes. A positive side note to those who would accuse me of taking the short cuts...using this home as I have done for the last seven months has inspired me to play the vanilla game again, hehehe.

Please forgive me, but I am completely done with mannequins because they always seem to glitch, and I am personally beyond needing to display all collected armors. I am also about done with weapon/shield racks that hang on the walls, however, the floor stands seem to be consistent and reliable.

The house is a single cell (well...not including the bath, but I really never go in there), single story, compact home that should be spouse friendly by the time I publish this. I am not aware of any conflicts with other mods, but I am a conservative mod user only employing about 20 when I play. It is fully compatible with the mod that makes Riverwood more senic. I was striving for "playability" in the design and layout...I find it simple and to the point. I hope you find it to be the same.

Please let me know if you are experiencing bugs as I will be monitoring and making fixes.

Fixes as of 12/30/12
- House marker is now visible on the world map.

Fixes as of 1/9/13
- Chest now located to the right of the outdoor smelter.
- Smelter moved a few feet to the right to not conflict with other landscape mods.

Update as of 11/8/14
- Major update to the entire interior and exterior. Removed many of the cheat items to make the game a bit more challenging...hope you are all not to upset with me over this. Added many weapons plaques and stands and redecorated. Hope you all enjoy it!

Please rate/star if you like it. Also, feel free to check out my other mods:
- Ravensloft (Player Home)
- Breezehome by Toothcutter (Player Home)
- High Hrothgar Express (Game Play Help)
- Thieves Guild Mission Door (Game Play Help)

Also...a shout out to mattcm919 for all the inspiration :)

Hey Tinysa, yes...it was very sad, but a heroic tale! Someday I will write it into a book and put it on one of the shelves :)

Hey FaerieMary, you will now need the Hearthfire DLC to have the game not crash. Last time I checked Hearthfire cost about $5.00 U.S., so it is not expensive. Sorry for the inconvienience...maybe you could get it as a Holiday gift? Good Luck and Happy Holidays!

Hey Soppsau, not as of yet, but possibly in the near future.

I am so heartbroken that Summer is dead.

It's making my game crash. I deleted and unsubscribed it and the game loaded. When I resubscribe it crashes again. This is my favorite mod, I don't want to lose it!

So, what would be the best way to do that? I can't see any way to attach a file here...

Hey, TC, I found an archived copy of your old .esp file dated December of 2013. It appears to be the most recent version before the current update. I used it to get my stuff back from an old save so it works, anyway. Lemme know if you want a copy...
