Quirks and Diseases Redone

Brief Description
Quirks and Disease Redone is a small mod that changes how quirks and diseases are acquired. I did an earlier attempt with Deadlier Quirks but I felt it was too broken and easily gamed. This removes the aspect of 'rebalancing' the quirks in favor of changing the mechanics surrounding them.

No Disease/Rarer Quirks Post-Quests : Diseases now have no chance of spawning in the Quests Result screen. Quirks have a severely lowered chance of appearing in the Quest Result screen. Diseases can only only be gained in Enemy / Curio / Building Interactions.

Expanded Disease List : Number of Diseases has been doubled carrying over from PBD.

Common Minor Diseases : A few enemies were tweaked to deliver common minor diseases along with their attacks. Expect your heroes to receive concussions, excessive hemorrhaging, and alcohol poisoning. Major Diseases are now much more devastating that ever.

More Ways to Combat Diseases : Select heroes have gained the ability to purge diseases albeit not as effectively as the Plague Doctor's.

More Quirks : A dozen additional new quirks have been added. (Check Mod Folder for Full List)

Quirk Rebalance : Negative Quirks were touched up to be more equal with Positive Quirks. Certain Quirks were buffed

This mod is best enjoyed with my other mod Expanded Stress Relief Buildings.. Expect a patch that boosts interactivity between them a few days from now. *Place this above Expanded Stress Relief Buildings*

Hey, I think Pyromania quirk (+torch duration) only works in position 1, is it intentional?

Small Minor Update:
>Nerfed Acc Quirks a bit (Lowered them down to 8 which is still pretty good)
>Made Yips and Torn Rotator Cuff into Diseases. Added Quirk Versions of them.
>Some Diseases won't be rolled at random so you won't get Alcohol Poisoning from being bit by a giant Leech nor will you get AIDS from books now (Theoretically. I still haven't fully tested this)

Small Minor Updates I did a few days back I forgot to record:
>Nerfed some Disease Cures in Camps
>Fixed Vestal's only targeting one hero to cure a disease when using Sanctuary (C'mon, if two of your heroes are at Death's Door you probably already need it)
>Some Disease Cures only work 50/50 of the time now (Abom and Leper already have monster buffs on top of them as well as Anti AND her Disease Cure is like a 2 cost so I need to nerf it so that PD's can be obviously better.)
>Crusader's and Leper's remain untouched

If I deactivate this mod or change the pilfer's camping json file to "sub_type": "S". The description shows up.

Hrmmm, about Pilfer, what do you mean by the description missing? It looks fine to me. Like is it a string error on your part?
