Description
Yes i know Serana is in the first pic but NO this mod ***DOES NOT REQUIRE DAWNGUARD***

An old Mage's Lake House which you inherited after your great grandfather's death in the pit of squirels (which is a whole other story entirely).
Its a huge mansion on the lake by the Lady Stone (youll know it when you see it).
Huge armory with a firing range, Forge area, Big bedroom, and a dock to go out onto the lake.
But beware, A strange demon is said to lurk in the shadows.

Have fun in this new house that i have made.
There is nothing but peace and tranquility within.

-Added Cash Moneymaker (rich guy) go pickpocket him to see what i mean.

He is a secret but the guards should direct you towards him.

Does the door behind the demon open?
Yes you can now access the area the door leads to.

It's been so long since I made this I don't remember what his level is I'm sorry. I've uninstalled creation kit and my Skyrim file is corrupted so I can't even tell you by any means.

The house is designed more towards end game people. If hes too hard then youre too low level for the house.

i think it is too hard to fight. i had to use console comands to stay alive and to kill him

Its from the enemy npc inside the house that you have to fight.

there is some conflict and as soon as i walked in, there was not fighting mind you, the cash guy had his fists out can you change the mod to where it doesnt' look like a fight is about to happen?

I have played some more with the house. Since it is a mage house, any chance of offering portals to other locations? And or a teleport spell to the house? I think that would add to the flavor unless it is too difficult to implement. Another thought would be to put "wards" protecting the house from unwanted intruders(purely for role play effect some sort of magical glimmer?) again if too difficult forget about it.... just think it would add to the flavor/mood.
