Again, i'm sorry this is the only way to contact mr bigdad.
Guess what? he was unbanned a bit ago and what does he do when he gets back? He continues to call Black Ops II a scam. Yeah. I'm sorry I had to drag you into this, Farsight. But this is the only way to, as i said contact mr bigdad/attempt to contact his affilliate/partner in troll Thonghuff.

They dont have a right to tell you what you did wrong, your right is to not constantly go to every page with spam.
I wish there was a better way to talk to you both about this in the stead of this comment section.

Why Mahor Trololo why say these things. I did not troll, I just simply told people the truth. They cant prove I cheated, because I didnt. I asked them to send me proof they dont even respond.

Though if he really wanted hurt sales then he would be better of contacting the papers and have them write a story on it, though of course that wouldn't get him unbanned and the kind papers that do publish stories like that are the kind that wait until they have a 100 or so similiar stories and then publish the story.

Of course the best way to resolve a ban appeal is to simply go to a lawyer and have them write a letter, nothing puts the fear into companies more than the possability of being sued and gaming companies are no different. Yeah sure hiring a lawyer is expensive, and going to court is a major pain in the rear end, but it will never get that far. In almost every case the lawyers letter which is often cheaper than a buying a new cd-key is enough to get a companies attention and get subsequently unbanned as part of settlement.
The trouble with that method is that takes time and requires you to be as underhandedly brutal as the company that banned you. So in hindsight posting a few quick messages on their forums denouncing them for wrongfully banning you can actually seems like a great idea.

Of course now the VAC system is considerablly more optimal, where hundreads of innocents were banned, now only a dozen or so are banned. However as is always the case with Steam, one step forwards and two steps backwards. Now when VAC bans you by accident it doesn't unban you and any attempt to talk to Support will see you treated as a genuine cheater trying to duck out of their ban.
Smaller companies such as the independants tend to be a lot more open to ban appeals, partly because their still small enough that they can work on that level, but mostly they have the most to lose from a damning public relations campaign.

Walking Dead was a good, but I never went to their Forums, personally I'm not a fan of joining third party forums when the game hub is every bit as good, if not better.
However the larger the company, the more staff and customers then the greater the corruption. Steam is a good example with their VAC banning system, it seems that for every genuine cheater or modder that is banned another joe blogs who was just minding his own business is also carted. I still remember the days when innocent gamers were banned in their routine scans, bans which would take 2-3 weeks to lift and may or may not come with an apology that Steam begruges giving out.

Corrupt? I have to agree a bit there, I was banned temporarily on the walking dead forums for trying to help which was classified as "harrassing". But i've never seen the mods on the blops 2 forums, they're really silent. I'm not sure if they're "corrupt" or not. VALVe needs to fix this issue on their own accords, Imo mr bigdad still did wrong he could've just let it go and leave the threads. But he had to press the issue. The moderation is a completely different cup of tea.
Mar 12 @ 1:59am
Speaking as an experianced Moderator we mods don't actually have a lot of freedom when it comes to banning people, so long as they fit the pre-determened criteria for banning then they are banned. We write a little damning note as to why they were banned which in most cases is almost never true, however every unbanned user is mark against the Moderator so every reason for banning is damning. So when support who are ussually the more reasonable end of the Moderation system see that you have broken nigh unforgivable rules, they simply say that you cannot / will not be unbanned.
The systems broken and horribly corrupt and worse of all it's not likely to change any time soon.
Mar 12 @ 1:49am
I, and many of my friends, have never nor will we ever be wrongly banned because the mods in my opinion know what they're doing. And I know for a fact he was trolling, and trying to get the sales down by telling people to not buy the game, and ask for refunds. Every discussion page I went, he was there. So was his friend "Thonghuff".
