Description
A redo of my old test 439, with a better layout and improved puzzles. By far my best and most polished map at the time of me uplaoding this.

The position of the lazer beams meant that I often burnt my lega durung the mission.

At the end I had to jump into a horizontal portal and out a vertical portal which is always tricky.

Thanks for listening! I played the latest update twice - once straight and once trying to break it within my limited capabilities. First, I'd say this is a solid map as it is. The changes to the first room make it still challenging for an average player without being frustrating. I still screwed it up at least once in both my playthroughs, but that's me just being dumb, nothing to do with the map. The update to the third room is good with one minor niggle: since the exit button is a button rather than cube receptacle, you can get out using the ball rather than the cube as intended. That's not significantly easier though, so you could leave it in as an alternate solution, if you'd like. Final niggle, given the way I solved, playing straight, the flip panel over the exit now has no use. Not a game breaker and you could easily leave it as a tiny bit of misdirection if you'd like. All together though, a fun map and I think my favorite of yours thus far.

I have updated the map to fix all of the problems you've mentioned. It was possible to use the light bridge to access those areas by going through the portal and standing on the edge of the wall, then firing a portal at the light bridge, however I can see how it would be annoying and I have removed it. Thanks for your help Expat, I want to make my maps the best they can be.

Tried the new one, and there's still a small problem. With the grating on the light bridge panel, it's impossible to use it to access the upper area of the map or to get to the exit platform. Further, once you have the cube meant to go in the 'dot' receptacle, you can use that cube to solve the exit, without using the 'dot' panel. I'd suggest removing the light bridge grating and making the 'dot' element a ball or something to prevent that exploit. Hope this is clear enough. One last niggle - I'd suggest moving the pedestal button that gives the first cube to right next to the floor button so it can be pushed whilst standing on the button. Otherwise, it's very, very difficult to place the portal in time due to the time it takes for the flip panel to move. Took me quite a few tries, with many frustrating near misses. Aside from those, seems a solid update. I hope this helps, I want to like this map.
